How do we resolve conflicts resolution?

We use the RIE approach to education. What is RIE? RIE is an acronym for Resources for Infant Educarers, and pronounced “wry”. RIE is not only used for infants but can be applied to toddlers and older children. As caregivers, we demonstrate respect towards the child every time we interact with them. Building a reciprocal relationship based on respect, love and nurture.  The basis of the educaring approach is based on the value of RESPECT. In addition we practice a variety of mindfulness techniques learned by many mindfulness instructors we work with.
